About Us

Dave Starner, owner of Starner Finishing Touches, has been installing custom window treatments for top designers and workrooms throughout the Atlanta area since 2006.  In March of 2006 Dave successfully completed the Installation Career Professional Program through The Custom Home Furnishings Academy.  He then went on to attend intensive training to meet all requirements to become a product certified Hunter Douglas installer.

Before relocating to Woodstock, Georgia Dave owned a remodeling business for many years in Ft. Myers, Florida.  This enables him to bring a higher level of skill to his window treatment installation business.

In 2007, his wife Kathy joined the business allowing them to better serve their designers and workrooms by working as a team to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
